WIPS
Our community participates in the WIPS program. You can now pay rent while youre grocery shopping using a WIPS card.
Heres what you need to know to get started:
- Bring your WIPS card and cash payment to any of the 18,000 participating locations (see list below of some commonly used retailers). Go to the customer service desk, present your WIPS card and tell the customer service agent that you would like to make a check-free payment. Identify the biller as WIPS. Your WIPS card identifies the payee name as your apartment community.
- There is a minimal service fee each time you use this service.
- Keep your receipts as its your only proof of payment.
This method of payment is more secure than a money order. Please take advantage of this service!
